Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS
  1. The Happy mum online shop registered as www.happymum-maternity.com is owned and operated by Voila International Ltd (NZ) (Further called the seller) All the names, brands, trademarks and logos are protected by copyright and can only be used with written consent.
  2. All prices are stated inclusive of GST and other charges. The applicable price is the one stated on the Seller’s online shop in respect of the relevant product on the date of placing the order. The Seller reserves the right to amend prices, fees and/or other costs stated on Seller’s online shop, to introduce new products, special offers and their withdrawal at any time.
  3. The GST invoices are issued as a standard procedure and exclusively in electronic form.
  4. The Buyer agrees to receive the electronic invoice without the signature.
  5. The order can be processed on condition that the order form was filled in with true data and in an appropriate way.
  6. The orders can be placed daily for 24 hours. The orders placed Friday after 4:00 pm, Saturdays, Sundays and New Zealand bank holidays will be processed the first working day afterwards.
  7. In case the payment is not noted on the account within 5 days from the order placement it will be automatically cancelled with the immediate dissolution of the purchase-sale contract. The Buyer will receive an e-mail informing about the situation and the cause of the order being cancelled.
  8. The Seller is obliged to personal data protection pursuant to the Act on Protection of Personal Data of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws [Dz.U] No. 133, item 883).
  9. Happy mum reserves the right for denial of the order processing in case of errors occurring on www.happymum-maternity.com site resulting in wrong and misleading information being published with reference to the goods and their prices or questionable personal data provided by the Buyer in the ordering process.
  10. Happy mum shall not accept packages sent at the expense of the company or cash on delivery.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
  1. It is possible to return and exchange goods for a different style/size available in the Happy Mum online shop *excluding lingerie & Sale Items, so please choose these carefully. In the event that a garment be faulty we will meet our obligation under the consumers guarantee act to provide a remedy.
  2. The goods can be returned for exchange or credit note only if they are in original condition, do not bear wearing signs, the label is preserved, a return/exchange document is filled in and attached. Any wearing signs make the product impossible to be exchanged or returned.
  3. Unattached or damaged labels as well as accessories or damaged product itself make it impossible to be exchanged or returned.
  4. In order to return/exchange the product it is necessary to attach a note stating the items you would like sent in repacement and send it together with the goods which are about to be exchanged or returned.
  5. The exchanged goods are shipped out within 1-3 working days from the package being returned back to the HappyMum online shop physical location. The Buyer bears the shipment cost of the items delivered to Happy Mum.
  6. If the goods are faulty or damaged we will meet our obligation under the consumers guarantee act to provide a remedy. 
  7. The goods should be sent to the address below:

COMPLAINTS
  1. All the goods offered by Happy mum online shop are new and are under the consumers guarantee act – if you receive an item which is not in accordance with the description please, contact us as soon as possible.
  2. The goods in complaint  should be sent on Buyer’s cost to the Happy mum online shop location with cause of complaint (description of fault), personal data and bank account number provided.
  3. The Buyer shall be informed about the result within 14 days from the moment of the complaint and the goods arrival to the Happy mum online shop location.


SHIPMENT AND PAYMENT
  1. The goods are shipped working days. The Seller is not liable for the delays caused by the transport agent.
  2. The shipment cost is dependent on the delivery service selected at checkout. We offer free standard delivery to all address' throughout NZ and Australia. Although the target delivery time frame for this free service is 3-10 business days, please allow up to 3 weeks for incidentals particularly if you live in a remote area. If you require your order urgently or more quickly, please upgrade to the express delivery service at checkout ($10) We ship to all parts of the world, for a flat rate of $20 per order. Orders are only processed after the payment is noted to the Happy Mum bank account. Cash on delivery is not possible.
  3. The payment can be done by PayPal, Eftpos/Credit Card or directly via Bank Transfer to our bank account. In this case the title of the transfer should contain the name and surname of the Buyer and the order number.  This data is obligatory at the time of the order processing. The bank account details:

  1. All the text information and photographs of the products on www.happymum-maternity.com are protected by copyright and must not be copied, distributed, published and used for marketing and sale purposes without Happy Mum written consent.
  2. By ordering any of our Products, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
